Investor

As an investor, you can be creative on this side of things, here are a few examples:

    • Real Estate Investing (can also be in business section depending on the tasks)
      • Buy instead of rent (for home)
      • Buy, renovate, sell (flips)
      • Buy, hold, rent (rentals and multiplexes)
      • Buy land, change zoning and build subdivisions
      • Subleasing
        • You’re assuming the risk but the rewards could be great
      • Put an offer on a “gold mine” property and sell the offer for a price
      • Talk to a mortgage broker to see what you can afford as financing, then consult a realtor to show you properties and have it all run by your lawyer.
      • For more education on the matter simply Google “Real Estate Investment Course” and you’ll have plenty of potential results to review.
    • Stock Market/Bonds/Commodities/etc
      • Mutual funds

      • Segregated funds (through insurance companies)
      • This can get done through your bank but I would recommend that you go through a financial planner, stock broker and or a life insurance agent
